The OP was active last month, you might PM a moderator (tjc transport) and ask him to move your post to a new thread.
I bet it was veggie oil or a mix. I can get biodiesel here in OK and it is green. I have so much used transmission fluid that I add it to the tank at every fill up (1/2 quart or so) and to every new fuel filter.
Now if only I could get my hands on enough to run 100% waste ATF!

I wouldn't worry about the odd color of the fuel. If the engine runs fine then just keep on truckin'.
