Ok, so I recently got a 2001 ford F-150. It runs great, but the back bumper mounts are bent pretty badly. The bumper itself is fine though. Is there anyway that I could bend them back, or would I have to replace them altogether?

 

Can you take it apart? maybe that way it will be possible

 

It's possible to take it off, but I would have to cut the rivets off
