Have they moved the spot where you put in your key to shut off the passenger air bag on the newer model trucks, or is it no longer an option?

 

Crew cab's don't have them. For the reason of putting your child seat in the back. The supercab's and regular cab's still have them for when the child seat won't fit in the back. Atleast that's what I was told.

Ever notice that when you put a magnet near the airbag disable switch, the light will go on? I made the cupholder on my 99 F-250 into a "shelf" and keep radios on it, and if one of the radio's speakers is close to the switch, the light will go on. Don't know if the bag is disabled or not, haven't had an accident yet!
