probably much more than the trucks retail value.it's expensive.most paint shops make their $ via insurance claims and are very used to the "gravy". very few want to work at painting a whole vehicle and price themselves out of the market for doing it.
your best bet; strip the truck down of all chrome and trim you can legally get away with and drive it around stripped down bare bones to get your quotes.

One of my friends owns a body shop and he charges $800 for a sand and shoot and that includes any minor things that need fixed. He won't do a full disassemble, color change, etc, type of job. It ties up his shop too long and keeps him from doing other jobs. So he usually quotes about $5,000 for those because he knows no one will pay it. Maaco and places like that will do a very poor sand and shoot that you will be embarrassed to be seen in for about $200.
