Crank - No start

Trying to help a buddy out. Most of you know I took a pretty good shot to the head a couple weeks ago so maybe there is something I'm forgetting.

Background:

2002 F350 2WD 7.3 Auto

Crank, No-start

PCM is seeing RPMS so the CPS is good. Volts are 10.5-11.0 while cranking. ICP is 2000+. Fuel bowl fuse is intact. Had him drain the fuel bowl and verified that its filling up with key on. Also tried starting with ICP unplugged. Still nothing. What am I missing?

No codes. Ca truck so no GPR. Air filter is new. However, the 42 pin harness was intermittently shorting against the valve cover. Cleaned it up and its all good. Thanks for the ideas guys

Ideally if you have heat, fuel, and compression, at the right time, the truck should start.

You have confirmed fuel by the white smoke. Have you confirmed that the glow plugs are actually working. With a GPCM it should throw a code if something is not working. However, I have seen them not throw any codes at all when there is a problem in the system. Maybe pull the GPCM out of your EX and swap it in there. Worth a shot anyway.

I don't know if he meant he got the harness all taken care of and it still won't start, or if the issue was resolved by fixing the harness. Confused by the way he stated it
