If you're going to make 700HP with a 351W - be prepared to spend $3,500 to $5,000 on cylinder heads alone!

I agree with Consnski - try and find a set of GT40 heads, they would be okay for a mold performance build.

At 700hp you won't be using anything stock except the bare block, everything else is aftermarket so this is a $10k+ kind of project. But 1hp per cubic inch is relatively easy and cheap with little more than a decent HCI combo on top of a completely stock low compression(9:1) shortblock.
