Are my shocks bad?

My truck is super stiff. I go over a speed bump (slowly) and it feels like I jumped it, I slam down. Sometimes it makes things fall off the dash and when I drive with someone they definatley notice it. Time for new ones? Haha probably sound dumb asking this, my truck has 300,000 miles

Shocks would be a good start. Do you here a clunking going over bumps as well? Could be time for sway bar bushings and endlinks.
