Does anyone know what the max lift and duration the 95 stock 302 engine can take.

0.500" lift should be considered the maximum as the stock heads don't flow any more beyond that and that is about all the stock springs will handle before coil bind, but also note springs should also be upgraded if rpms are pushed beyond stock levels. Duration could be as high as 280 degrees at that lift without any P-V clearance issues(this varies depending upon the exact combination of parts used) but if this is a street truck motor you want to keep total intake duration in the mid 260's or less.
