There is some differences. There is a thread in the 99-03 forum going the other way right now. Without swing the motor I'm pretty sure you will have to change the accessory mounts, injectors, and switch to e-fuel. I'm not sure about the exhaust manifolds. Up-pipes and turbo should be ok though. I would think everything else will work
