Spark Plug Choice for a V10
I usually tend to stick to NGK or Nippon Denso parts in most vehicles, but most of my vehicles are Japanese.
RockAuto lists a Nickel Plated unit as the only Motorcraft offering. SP479 is the part number.
Anyone have any experience with those?

The standard Motorcraft plugs last well over 100k miles and work well why mess with it?
I sold my last ex with 228k with 1 change of plugs at 154k, never missed a beat. Just replace with new. Just my .02

Those are the same as I used on my V10. They are good for around 100k miles. I would also reccomend picking up the coil boots and springs while your at it. I have only used Motorcraft parts for my tune up stuff.
