engine bog

I have a 93 f150 with a 302 when i accelerate like an old grandpa my truck shifts around 30 or so and it seems like it bogs down and it takes a little for it to get back into the power band i dont know what it is do u guys have any ideas?

That's not an engine problem; it's the transmission. Try searching the transmission forum.

No one in the transmission forum is helping me, will someone in here please help me? i really want to know what it is.

If the motors is fine and the trans is normal, its caused by granny driving.
