Quite trying to go so cheap, steering block is a FAIL just waiting to happen. Get a better deal IMO using a (drop pitman arm) and a (adjustable steering link) from Skyjacker/Summit.

The above links get you in the ball park, and you have to run down the exact applications for your truck. Especially if you have done the steering box swap.
I would just give you that red POS, but I am going to throw it in the pond to hold down my trout lines....and the other is coming off and going on the other end of the line. lol I bought that axle for spare parts and am not reusing the steering block, that's for sure. That steering block is about as smart as front blocks under your leaf springs....
The above recommendations are not the only way to go as far as steering modifications for a lift, but just some friendly advice. There may be others that have other opinions and that's fine.

I do not have a 73-77.4 low pinion D44 axle to compare the steering arm differences (if any) between it and a high pinion D44 and have no ides if the the block would fit.
Going to a Jy or just find a 77.5-79 F250 with a high pinion D44 axle and go look, might get you the answer.
Does your LP D44 steering knuckle have that curved steering piece on it now?
