These are all over the place.
While I am no fan of the push pull steerung system, and since you have a requirement for an obviously lifted truck, you should be considering either a full crossover system, or an inverted "t" at a minimum, you can invest in a steering block.

For the money invested, you could easilly be that much closer to fixing the steering correctly.
