U324 wheels on U222 Expy?

U324 wheels on U222 Expy?
I have a 2005 Expedition EB 5.4L with some worn out tires, and I have a lead on some cheap 2014 wheels & tires...
Will U324 wheels bolt onto a U222 Expedition? Will the backspacing, etc, be correct?
Can the newer tire pressure sensors be made to work with the older tire pressure monitoring system?
