Before you start throwing parts at it, you need to put it on a scanner and get some readings.

Sounds more like a CPS issue to me without further diagnosis

you probably don't want my help after the lengthy thread but you need to check your oil pressure out of the pump it self and new parts mean nothing even if your not shopping from the zone or like places oe parts still fail. did you ever manage to check the oil. if you cant get a scanner that will tell you icp during cranking and things of the like then you need to eliminate things by doing the tests you can.

Lest see. New parts fail, all the time.

The navastar or Ford ones are the best one, but they still fail.

You heard WRONG, you can use a scanner, you just can't use a cheap POS like the ones from auto zone and the such. You need a snap on, mac, cornwell, etc

well a while ago as you know I took it to a mechanic to figure it out and such cause I don t have the time for it...and he started to blow off steam saying that my damn oil pick up line dropped into the oil pan and said my low oil pressure pump was bad...he never mentioned it the HPOP or CPS and another thing he said that "supposedly" that I was getting 7psi on some kinda pump he never told me what it was

if your pickup were cracked you may be able to way over fill the engine with oil and see how it runs for a short period of time then of course drain the oil and refill. are you on an incline when the truck wont start.

Reflashed one? You can not reprogram a CPS. It is a hard part
