Starter problems?

Starter problems?
Sometimes I turn the key and it starts rather slow. Then other times the starter turns over super fast. Other times it starts fast then it like slows down then starts. The starter is less than 2 years old and I got 2 new batteries 3 months ago.

Could it related to possible Injector issues??

I would troubleshoot the starter, batteries and alternator before I worry about other stuff. Battery voltage, charge voltage form alternator, can you test starter from the wire up above the AC unit under the hood? Any codes? If your battery is not fully charged, you get these issues. How are all your cables, ground cables?
