I don't think it looks like this pic of a C4 as the body looks shorter on the one in your pic. But, I don't know and it could be just perspective.
As for strength, I've read that they can be built to handle about anything, but from the factory weren't terribly strong. In fact, this chart says they only put it behind the 300 six or 255 V8 in an F100. IOW, in something that wasn't expected to do much work. But, if you don't do any more work than an F100 could do.......
With a 7K25 casting date code (October 25, 1977), the 2nd digit of the prefix cannot be a 2, because D2 refers to 1972. D = decade 1970's, 2 = 1972.
The 4th digit of the prefix is also wrong, cannot be an O or zero. If an FMX, the 1977 prefix should read D7AP or D7OP
