In frame cab on the way the book says to do it. Heads off in under 4 hours, 2 hours prep, clean and measure, 6 hours to bolt it up and drive off.
Pulling the engine and correctly using a torque wrench to get good even pulls was about the same.
I lifted a few cabs and found it far more hassel then it was worth.
