air condition/heat blower

i have a 2001 f150 5.4 was driving in very hot weather on the Ms gulfcoast on sept 10,2014 with my ac on, i came to a light and stopped,and my ac fan stopped. i pulled to a safe place to see what caused it. i checked all fuses, they was all good, i checked my wireing, that was visable, they all checked ot okay.i have sinced checked relays in both(under hood),and on drivers side in cab, they all checked out good. i have since installed resisitor under dash on passenger side, still no fan. some one said there is another relay inside of truck, close to where the emrgency flasher relay is. i have pulled part of dash to find this relay, i have had no luck finding this.

anyone who could help me out with this, before i go buy a new blower and change something that may not need to be changed would be greatly appreciative. thanks, Patrick

pull the plug on the resistor block and check for voltage at the power wire......... also check that the ground wire has continuity to the frame. Add a jumper from motor case to battery ground to verify.
