need help identifying part

need help identifying part
First post! Been lurking for awhile but finally joined and I have a question I cant seem to answer. I need to know what the name of the part is that the front shock mounts to on my 2000 f250. Its terribly rusted on both sides and id like to learn more about replacing it. Might me called a shock mount? It saddles around the main frame on the truck.

You know thats what I thought but I cannot find a replacement or an image of it. Its what the top of the shock goes thru and it rests on top of the spring.
