Should I make them replace my frame?

I wouldn't lawyer-up quiet so fast until the estimate has been completed and the results are known. Generally frame damage to some degree usually will warranty a totaled status. Just stay in contact with a reputable body shop giving the damage quote and your insurance adjuster representative.
