I was replacing the rear leaf spring bushing and shackle bushings and I noticed that the passenger side shackle is larger then the driver side shackle at the base where it bolts goes into to the hanger. Now the shackle hangers are oem. I would also like to replace the two shackles and all the sites I search so the same size for both sides. What do I do? And why are the sides different?
Interesting that they are different sizes, they shouldn't be like that. Sounds like someone may have replaced one with a different bushing and made it work.

And why are the sides different? Previous owner installed the wrong parts.
