So the same thing with both old and new Baro sensors? That's weird, seems like it would have to be the harness then. I feel like we're missing something easy here...
Here is another BAR if the above one is not working for you. The one below works for me.
Barometric Pressure (PSI)
TXD: 07E0221442

RXD: 3010

You're welcome. Hope that turns out to be the issue, if not, you still need correct EBP numbers to troubleshoot further so on the right track anyway. Did you clean the EBP tube when you cleaned the sensor? If not you may want to run some weed eater line or something through there while the sensor is off just to make sure it's clear.
I'd try a wiggle test on the ebp harness n wiring koeo. Watch for it to change. I had one last week that was showing 11.1,,, anyone guess what happened with that truck?? PCM tried to pick up the slack for low ebp,, fried the unison ring and actuator arm over boosting,,, and toasted the hg's. At least your numbers (at 18 koeo) will cause UNDER boost. That's HG safe.
I probably smoked the EBP sensor when I used brake cleaner to clean out the sensor-I have the new EBP sensor in hand-just have to wait until 6 to put it in.
