2003 6.0 Hard Cold Start
Very hard start if not plugged in under 60F.Will start if I push throttle to floor after about 10 seconds with a blast of white smoke.

Any DTC's? The FICM volts need to stay above 45 at all times from KOEO, cranking, idling and WOT. What are the ICPV's at KOEO?
