Another death wobble question

Hi everyone I'm new to the forums and this is my first post. I'm also new to Ford trucks. I have a 91 f350 custom with a century 412 wrecker body and wheel lift. The truck was bought brand new from Ford by century as an "incomplete motor vehicle". So it was designed to be a wrecker. Anyway my truck runs fine at highway speeds with no vehicle on the rear. Once I get some weight on the wheel lift I have to keep it under 45 mph. It sways back and forth, not unlike a trailer that had sway would make a vehicle sway. I put new tires on yesterday as the ones I had had reached their safe service life. I went today and bought all of the tie rod ends and adjusting sleeves as well as a new drag link. So it will be all new from the pitman arm on down. Is there anything else I should change while I'm at it? I have the dual I beam axles not the solid front axle. You know the ones that say "don't bend heat or weld" I have all new bearing assemblies on the front. New calipers and rotors and brakes. .my second question is in your opinion will this solve my sway problem by replacing all the tie rod ends, drag links and sleeves. Now I might also mention the front tires are angled in at the tops (camber I think? ) so I know it needs and alignment which I plan to do after I replace the above mentioned parts.

Thanks in advance for the advice and patience, as I learn about fords.

The question is, how much does the front end lift when you have a car on? That really sounds like the issue, the front end unloading. Next how far you willing to go? I'd say ideally the solution is an air bag setup up front to very rate/pressure with load, and a bumper weight.

Edit, ohh yeah and the alignment might have been setup to be right with the front lifted a little from the weight on the back.

Cool I'll look into the air bags and on the same note I know there are a boat load of leaf springs in the back but not sure how many. I'll count them up and post the number when I get a chance. As far as how much the front ends lifts I never really paid any attention to it but it does not seem like much from what I remember.

also, you are experiencing "sway" not "death wobble"
"death wobble" is when the steering wheel violently jerks back and forth, making you almost loose control of the vehicle. it also usually happens after hitting a bump in the road.

I see. I am also getting a little bit of that too. Bumps pull the truck to the right a little but it's not bad.
