Get a "distributor wrench". I use tone that's two ends and a coupling sleeve ... fits 1/2 or 9/16" and looks like below. Also works with 3/8 ratchet. It will work with a 351m or 400 with AC .... guaroonteed.

Got a junk box end wrench and a cutting torch..heat and bend.

Of course having a welder make it real easy too.
