97 psd doing some weird stuff help please
i got a 97 obs powerstroke with 160k on the motor i bought it last summer and needed a few things done to it but runs and drives good but didnt have the time to mess with it so this summer i got around to fooling with it put some new batteries in it and it started cranking a few seconds after i put the batteries in it what in the world is the deal with that! anyone ever seen one do this weird crap

Or the small trigger trigger wire on the selinoid on the starter may be touching the large battery wire that runs to the starter. Or the selinoid on the starter may be stuck.
