97 stroker will not start

97 stroker will not start
I have a 97 stroker. I tried to start it she will not will turn over. I recharged the battery no luck. i hear a loud lick. I think its from a relay i replaced the starter replay no luck. I am know clue less . I dont no if its the starter or what.

You need to find out where that click is coming from and how well your battery holds a charge, How many volts are on them? It sounds like the starter is locked up and the relay is trying to turn it.
