How bad of a crap did it take, blow a seam and no old school place to get it repaired in Indiana?
Radiator Prices for a Ford F150 1978 (5.8L, 351ci, V-8)
Don't know your motor size (so I swagged it) and they only list back to a 78 and you have a 76, worth a call. I know of a few FTE folks that use them with good results.

You can get a cheesy foreign reproduction from LMC truck ~$380 or pricey aluminum one from Summit Racing that for $500 still requires fab work. As stated, best to find a local shop for the money and fitment.

76 and 460...they say they got'm. Maybe call around your area for a local that has the skills to repair? I am sure there is some ol dude in some greasy old school hot rod shop that does that some where in Indy?
Race car shop, performance shop, hell even maybe a tuner shop, 4x4 shop....

I used an AZ replacement in my '78/400. Works well. Here is what they show for a '76/F150/460.
