Creaking while turning

Hello all, 2001 F 150 5.4 V8 4WD. I have a weird creaking sound coming from the front end, sounds like the passenger side, whenever I turn right at any speed. Anyone else ever have this problem or know what it is?

You have to inspect the area for the issue.
It could be anything.

or bad wheel bearing... Need to put a jack under the a-frame, get the tire and inch off the ground and start checking - wiggle- push - shove and see what is moving.
