Drivetrain Clunking?
Okay, so here is my setup. 2006 Ford F250, 6" lift (4-link), 37" tires. ....I have had problems with axle wrap, so I got a set of Farmboy Farbrication traction bars on order. Now, the other day I made a U-turn and as I was coming around my passenger side tire hit a curb, (I was going very slow), I heard a pop kinda sound. Well since then, when I make a tight turn (mainly a left turn) I hear a loud clunk coming from my front end. It almost sounds like two heavy pieces of metal binding and then the clunk happens. Can anyone offer any advice as to what this might be?

Any chance you damaged your tierod end or ball joint? I've heard worn ball joints make noise when doing a full-lock turn before. Other thing is could a wheel be lose? Might be shifting on the studs, but that's a long shot, same with a damaged rim.
