John, looks like you've got the seat mount under control. I don't think my mounting system would have helped you much since my seats are mounted directly to the floor. If I hadn't chopped the top I would have been doing something similar to what you've done.
Have you got that maze of wires figured out under the drivers seat yet? I'm really hoping that I can eliminate some of the wiring since the seat memory also controlled outside mirror settings which I won't need. I'm not really sure I understand how the seat memory is still working. I assume the brain to the memory is mounted somewhere in all that wiring.

I had one of the motors that were broken on the drivers seat, I couldn't find another with the memory motors to replace it and the parts are now obsolete. I picked up another power seat from a 2001 Intrepid and switched motors but wouldn't work with the memory unit so just switched out the complete base so I iliminated the memory completely, still going to try and make the heat pads to work. I have a wiring diagram and know you match the 7 wires from the passanger seat to the same coloured wires on the 22 wire plug of the drivers seat, that will help iliminate some of the wires. There is a memory module on the drivers seat that ties into another one in the dash of the doner car that is needed to make everything work. The plug with the 2 wires control all the functions of the seat which is what I was really after.

Wish I had known that you needed one of the memory motors. I had one that had stripped one of the plastic gears and I went and picked up another motor at my local pull-a-part. On that particular trip I noted 3 different Chrysler products that had the memory seats. Motors $12 each, I would have been glad to pick one up for you and shipped it.
