Just as an afterthought to you finding your problem. (Super glad you found it!)
Lets just say in the future you have a few gremlins appear in your electrical status..........
Such a loss to lose the initial problem why you just were here!

There is a common way to locate windshield leaks:
Lower one window enough to install shop vac hose into truck.
Duct tape the opening around the hose.
Connect the hose to the outlet side of the vacuum ( after emptying the dust out).
Turn on vacuum (you are now blowing air into the vehicle).
Pour weak solution of car washing soap around edge of windshield.
If there is a water leak, the air will also leak out in the same area, blowing bubbles.
