I know nothing about the manual trannys in these.....was the tranny temp gauge highlighted in green in the gauge menu page, when you had the key on, and TP running?
That it did. I will be driving it today so I'll check out if it seems to be an actual transmission temperature.
I have to ask, where do you get the VREF gauge? I've got all the rest but haven't seen that one in the available gauges.
I can't remember, but it's probably another one that has to be manually entered like Delta & ICP volts. When I get home tonight I can post a screenshot of the VREF PID editor so you can enter it.

Hmm, it appears there is a temp sensor for manual trannys then....It's possible it is used to control engine fan speed like the automatics....post back what it reads.

Thanks!! That seems to be where I have been having the most problems or should I say that's what has been causing me the most problems is the VREF circuit. Since I rebuilt the harness and changed all the 3 wire connectors I haven't had any more issues but if I have the gauge I might spot something going on walkabout before it sends me walking.
The transmission temperature sensor for a manual appears to be real. It tracks with engine coolant temp closely, which makes sense with the lines run into the radiator.
This one is Ficm sync... it should read 0 with key on engine off. While cranking it should read 1. This is also used to help diagnose a no start condition.

Anyone here know if Torque Pro will read ABS code? I have a vehicle that ABS kept coming on along with service light then goes off.
I know it one of the ABS sensor wiring getting ready to break off because it common defect on this vehicle and need to get a reading to determine which wheel is it this time.
