Yesterday placed order for flareside lens thru Obsolete/Classic Auto parts and noticed they carry the taillight assemblies for both. Believe they use to go by Obsolete Ford parts until FoMoCo made a stink; purchased numerous items from Obsolete Ford parts and always please w/ the quality, located in Oklahoma. Page 136 in their pdf online catalog. I just type in the page # in the page box and hit enter.

While cyber shopping for the lens came across Carolina Classic's and noticed they carry the both type lens but did not browse their cat. for the assembly. Located in Durham, NC. Posting a link; read a thread couple days back where apparently there are couple Ford part supplier's that go by same name??? If not in cat. might want to give them a call??

Question Styleside tail lights

Please, when asking questions, list all the pertinent details: Year, type of Styleside bed, 2WD or 4WD.

1961/66 F100/350 Stylesides with 1957/60 "wrong" beds. The lenses are reproduced, the bodies are not reproduced, only available used.

C2TZ-13434-A .. Right & Left Tail Lamp Bodies / Obsolete ~ No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1964/66 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD Styleside lamps are the same, also the same as 1966 Bronco. These parts are right and left specific.

The lenses and gaskets are reproduced, the metal bodies are not reproduced, are only available NOS or used.

C4TZ-13434-B .. Right Tail Lamp Body-with socket & wiring / Obsolete

NOS PARTS LTD in Waxahachie TX has 1 = 972-937-2201.

MCDONALD OBSOLETE PARTS CO. in Rockport IN has 1 = 812-359-4965.

MILLER OBSOLETE PARTS in Binghamton NY has 2 = 607-722-5371.

OBSOLETE RELIABLE PARTS in Nashville GA has 2 = 229-686-5101.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
C4TZ-13435-B .. Left Tail Lamp Body w/socket & wiring / Obsolete

OBSOLETE RELIABLE PARTS has 1.

I need the long narrow ones. The only ones I found were for a bronco that has reverse lights in them. Bronco style is fine by me if ya'll think it will come out right?

65 2wd I didn't know there was a different style of style side except for the older refridgerator trucks

Backup lamps introduced in 1967.

Same right & left tail lamps: 1967/72 F100/350 Stylesides - 1967/74 Econoline Vans - 1967/77 Bronco's.

These lamps will work on 1964/66 F100/250 2WD's and 1966 F100 4WD Stylesides & 1966 Bronco, but...

These trucks and Bronco tail lamp wiring harnesses have no provision for backup lamps.

I called obsolete, Closed but I left a message. Probably be Monday. I am gonna buy the original B4 I go with bronco types. I Got a grip on all the reverse light have and have nots. I was wondering if I used the bronco type would it look right with the bulbs lit up or would some no it all be able to walk by and say "Hey those tail lights don't look right!"
Thanks for the help. I know I've been typing and surfing sights at the same time you have been posting and looking things up for me

The socket with pigtailed wiring is located in the lower section of the bodies with backup lamps. The backup lenses are incorporated into the tail light lenses.

These right & left specific parts bolt on without any mods to 1964/66 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD Stylesides and 1966 Bronco's.

I've got a set of used original taillight bodies from a '66. Nice condition. I'd take 40.00 for the pair plus shipping.

You might take advantage of the opportunity to obtain used original parts from members of the forum, such as 69supercj has offered. It might save you an extensive search. I have a pair as well if anyone is in need. So far, my experience on the buying and selling end of transactions through fte has been very favorable.
