A nearly complete runner for $1,800. Not a bad price.

1.25 ton if I'm not mistaken. Arctic, still have to get after my uncle's 56. Just don't seem to get the time!

The literature says it's a one ton in the US market. The F-3 was a heavy 3/4 ton, yet is essentially the same chassis as the 47 and earlier tonner. In Canada the F-3/F-68 was a one ton. Hard to make sense of how they classed the models. Stu

Thanks Henry and Stu. That helps clear it all up some. Granted I ain't the
sharpest tool in the shed. But that could be because I am used so often.

I don't recall hearing how the F-4 (F-105) was marketed in Canada. Could that be where the 1.25 ton designation originated? Stu

No, 'twas just a brain fart on my part! I was jumping ahead several years to the F450. As they say, never hold in a fart, as it will climb up your spine and that's the cause of sh&##y ideas ( or thoughts as it were).
