1950 F5 brake adjustment

Rear brake locking up on right rear, how do you adjust the upper bolts for the rear shoes?. counter clockwise or clockwise to move the shoes away from the drums

I replied a couple hours ago but now the reply is not there. Maybe I forgot to hit the final go get it button. I even took a picture. Turn the two top adjustments top toward the top of the axle to loosen the adjustments. There is a slot near the outside edge of the drum to inspect clearance between the shoe and drum. The lower shoe anchor pins are adjustable as well. Use the inspection slot.
EDIT: Same basic question asked in another thread. See it here. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-dragging.html
