Seat compatability?

Are the seats in a Super Duty particularly rare?
I've got a couple posters on CraigsList selling sets of seats for $1200-1500 for fronts and rears. Non-Heated. (My Ex has power and heated seats)
I saw a set of King Ranches for $1800 and a set that looked like Eddie Bauers except with crocodile leather in the center for $3000.
Seeing as how I paid $3800 for the Ex, I'm inclined to wait till my local scrapyard has some for a couple hundred bucks.

My driver's seat has seen better days.
Looking to start by shopping around for a set of seats and I really like the front seats in later model trucks, the ones that have the jump seat in the center that acts like a console when you fold the back down.
What year range of SuperDuty seats will fit in the Excursion?

The arm rests have to go when installing a jump seat since the jump seat has the console/armrest.

Alternatively, they could probably leave those holes out if you asked nicely.
