Pcm issue! Need help
New to forums, just bought a 1999 f250 4x4 lariat with a v-10. Truck kept blowing the pcm relay. Took it to a mechanic who replaced the pcm 3 times, then said he needed to replace the instrument cluster. Truck is still not running, no spark, fuel pump staying on when key is on. Fuel pump relay ok. The theft relay under the dash starts clicking a lot sometimes. I am searching for a new wire harness because I found some rigged up radio and light wires under the dash. Any ideas on what else might be contributing to this? Thank you
