Quick question for you all. I noticed about a week ago that my Ex appeared to be slightly lower on the passenger side than the driver side. Well last night I got a tape out and I was right. I have a 1 inch difference between sides. I am fairly certain this is new. I have a 03 7.3L EB.
My question is this. Is ther anything I can do to fix this or do I just need new springs? They are stock springs I believe with a 4 inch lift and 37" toyos.
Would a helper spring level me back out?
Roughly above the middle of each spring there is a bump stop in case you have excessive suspension travel, big bump, heavy load etc. if they weren't there, you could hit metal to metal. They often fall off the front because they was never much travel with stock springs. Ok?
Ok so I measured all four from top of spring to frame directly above.
PF= 8 3/8
DF= 8 3/4
PR= 7 5/8
DR= 7 1/4
I also measured wheel well height in center.
Pf 45
DF 45 3/4
Pr 45 1/2
Dr 46
It looks like most of my sag is spring related. What now? My springs are not nearly as bad and saggy as many of the Ex's on here. I am a long ways from the bumpers. Again would a helper spring help me at all.

If it were mine, I'd leave it. However, in the service manual I saw Ford has a 10mm shim for the front, that would get you half way. I didn't see a part number though.
