Thanks man, That is exactly where it was on my 97, the module was gray on mine though. For those of you who can't find it it is about 1 inch from the side panel facing the interior of the vehicle if you are looking towards the front driver side.

The code is not printed anywhere in the vehicle on the new models. Ford decided not to do it on the 02 and above. So now if you dont have it, you are screwed and have to go to the dealership.
