Apples to oranges here, but I have the 2107 cam in my cleveland. .484/.510 282/292 duration. 204/214 @.050. Paired with a 1405 carb and performer intake. I love the cam. Very nice sound, smooth idle, Lots of power, easy starting. I put some mild comp springs in it just to make it that much better. Stock rockers and lifters are working fine.

I have the performer plus cam in my newly built 390. It's for sure a torque cam I can roast 33in mud grips on asphalt no problem, if I wanted to. I have also bumped the c/r to 9.5 to 1 and added headers, performer intake and 4bbl carb. This was my first build and I'm happy with it.

Cool thanks for the input How would you discribe the sound to it does it sound stock or does it lope

That size was one of the ones that came up in discussion I how's the power band on it does if lope at good or does it sound smooth like close to stock

It is smooth, but it carries a good bit of thunder with it too. I'd say power comes on hard at 2300+. But it's strong down lower too. I only have 351CI so it has to rev a bit more.

Here is a short video of my exhaust. Dual 2" with 22" glasspacks. Factory manifolds. The revs are right around 2,000rpm.

So I ended up with the bracket master II .554/554 lift 292/292 duration

It is a smooth idling cam no lope. If your looking for a cam that sounds like it's hittin a lick this ain't it. If you wantin bottom end torque it's great. I would recommend it if your building a motor for a truck.

Wich cam are you refering too there have been a few mentiond in this thread
