#341331 Crane cam

Just received my new cam from a freind of mine for my 390 truck, going to switch it over from hyd to adj. Been gettin lots of advise from freinds on what to use for rockers, springs, pistons, lifters, push rods etc. Its going to be a daily driver and I'll be doing some mud racing. I've got flowtech headers and Holly 3310. Now I'm asking some advise from the experts here and maybe part #s.
Thanks-Jay

For a daily driver and hydraulic cam is way better than a mechanical cam.

As far as rockers you may want to look at Holland Sharps Rollers, the a little cheaper.

If I can figure out how to upload pictures on this site, I have a set on my 360.

I run stock Fomoco rockers/pushrods on two of my hot rods. Depending on the cam, you could too. Mine are all adjustables as I run solids. Solids are fine, but yes they do require a bit of maintenance probably once a year to check lash. You do have to like the little ticky/ticky from mechanicals too! If you like quiet motors, then go hydraulic. I think my one cam is .590 lift(or so-been too many years since I had cam card). I turn it 6000 rpm without issues for alot of years now. I suppose if you have the money for aftermarket stuff, that's good.
