Can someone decode this door tag for me? It's a little hard to see, but until I can strip off the paint the PO put all over it, it's the best I have. Thanks in advance.

I can give you most of what you are looking for. ND or someone else may come along and provide greater detail. F10 = 2 wheel drive F100 truck. J = 223 cubic inch, 1 bbl I-6 engine. H = assembled at Lorain, Ohio plant. 436453 = assembled in July, 1963. 114 = wheelbase in inches. Blank = exterior color determined by DSO. F100 = 5000 pound Gross Vehicle Weight half ton truck. 81A = Standard Cab. A = 3 speed manual light duty transmission. A1 = 3.73 limited slip differential. 5000 = GVW rating. 114 @ 3600 = NET horsepower rating and rpms where achieved. 136639 = Domestic Special Order from New York district sales office. This would explain the blank exterior paint code. Unfortunately, those DSO records no longer exist so there's no way of telling what they said. Hope this helps.

Thanks men. So the 292 is not original (which is fine). it IS a 64 though, right, even if it was manufactured in July of 63?
