I'm new to these trucks but it seems like they have a lot of issues with the fuse boxes and the GEM modules under the dash. It's due to a bad seal on the windshield. I'd check that wiring first.
Thanks .
I did have to replace the windshield a few year back 2009, rock cracked it.
But this didn't start until recently, What is the GEM module never heard of that.
GEM stands for Generic Electric Module. It's pretty much the brains of the everything inside the cab of the truck. It controls the radio, power mirrors, windows, lights, etc. It may have gotten some damage before you replaced your windshield and it just hasn't shown up until now. But it's hard to tell. They're around $400 to replace so obviously that should be your last choice, lol. But you can do a visual inspection for free. It's under the steering wheel behind the fuse box from what I understand. It may be worth pulling out and looking at if you've already checked out your other fuses and relays.

2006 F-250 XL Super cab 6.0l Diesel
I'll try to take a look at it from below don't know how yet. If I can crawl in from the passenger side. At 6'6" it's hard to do anything under the dash with out disassembling something.
Thank again.
Thanks agian for the info Bigorange, it turned out the be the door sensors was able to fix it by spraying them with WD-40.
I'm glad it wasn't the $400.00 item. Money is tight
