Noob questions

I'm trying to figure out how much lift i have in my x.

Here is what i know i have-

-275/70/18 tires. Rubs on front leaf spring. I think i need spacers. Don't know how big or if i need it on all four wheels.

-front leaf springs are not stock. Total of 5 leafs for 3 inches thick. The bottom two leafs are about 6-8 inches long. Upper two looked normal but are only 1 in thick. The middle third leaf is about 4 inches shorter than the upper two leaf springs.
-41 inches from ground to top of front wheel well.

-back leaf springs are stock with airbags. the block holding the air bag is about 3 15/16 thick. I don't know brand of air bags.
-42 inches from ground to top of back wheel well.

I would like to do V/B spring mod. Will i keep the same height or go lower. I saw one picture that had the mod and that trucks wheel well measurements was 37 inches. I think it was running 33s also.

Any help?

V/B swap allows you to run 33s. To run 35s you do the swap with a hanger kit and a bigger rear block.
I can't speak to the exact measurements at the fender.
