I have a 1965 F100 Short Bed. The clutch release asembly is worn out. I have purchased new bushings and stuff from LMC. My problem is...the bracket closest to the engine that the post that the bushin is mounted to has been replaced with a piece of flat plate that has been drilled out. LMC shows this part in their drawing of the clutch release assembly but doesnt carry it. Anyone know where I can get one new or used?

Please, when asking questions, list all the pertinent details.
Pic: 1965 F100/250 2WD: 240/300 I-6 has a stud (C5TZ-7A535-A), while 352 has a bracket (C5TZ-7A572-A).
Thanks for responding. I need 7A572. Evidently my motor had been changed prior to me purchasing the truck. It now has a 302 in it. Will this part work with that engine? If not do you know of any modification that can be done?
I am certain member will add comments if info is incorrect. On my 65 w/ the 302, there's is no bracket, the stud/release pivot ball, is threaded directly into the engine block.
Shortly after purchasing the truck I found the clutch assembly was not aligned and found rather than purchase the correct stud the PO used the 6 cyl. stud and tapped the threads with the engine still in the truck, thus the stud/release pivot ball was off center. When it came time to pull the engine I cleaned up the threads and installed the correct stud/release pivot ball. There should be threads on the side of the block, make sure the thread count on the stud/pivot ball is the same as on the block, 6 cyl. stud has a different size and thread count.
If U get a chance, post pic. Oh, and if I have not taken the opportunity to welcome U to FTE then Welcome!! Looking for your input, and post pic's when you can.
