Seems to me that you broke the clutch pedals shaft off, and now you're in a world of hurt.

1967 F100/350 brake and clutch pedals, the bracket they suspend from under the dash are 1967 only! 1968/72 parts are not the same.

And, there are two different 1967 clutch pedals:

C7TZ-7519-A .. Clutch Pedal-1967 F100/250 2WD 240 I-6 / Use with 10" clutch / Obsolete

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has ONE = 800-543-4959.
----------------------------------------------------------
C7TZ-7519-B .. Clutch Pedal-1967 F100/250 2WD/4WD & F350 (all w/240/300/352) / Use with 11" clutch / Obsolete

No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

The clutch pedal (7519) has a shaft made as part of it with a threaded end. This shaft passes thru the bracket (01500). The brake pedal (2455) rides on the clutch pedals shaft between the inside and outside sections of the bracket.

The threaded end of the clutch pedals shaft passes thru the clutch lever (7A554), a bolt and washer ties it all together.

There is a clutch relay rod (7521) that attaches to the clutch lever (7A554), then passes thru the firewall to the equalizer (Z) bar (7528) that rides on two pivots, one mounts to the frame rail, another to the block.

There are 4 nylon bushings (B7AZ-2471-B) on the clutch pedals shaft, 2 nylon bushings (COAZ-7526-B) on the relay rod.

The relay rod has 90 degree ends, the bushings wear down and/or fall apart, the ends begin to bend, then snap off.
