fan shroud question
I got a 78 f150 with a 302 and 4spd in it. Swapped motors in it with another 302 and lost the shroud I had in the process. I believe this was a 6cylinder originally but I went robbed another shroud off of a 74 f250 with 360 and 4 spd. Same radiator as I have in the 78. So I throw it on stick the fan back on and it isnt centered in the shroud about 5 to 6 inches lower. Anyone got any ideas for me? Thought about lowering radiator but lower hose hits cross member.

That is off more than mine came out, i wonder why ? My 73 had a 360 in it and i changed to a 302 . I used the 302 frame mount stands and only had to lower the 360 radiator down about one inch , 302 hoses went on easy. __JIM__
