Here is my contribution of before and after pics, it's been a long project, the 1st pic was the free rust bucket I got from next to Grandma's house, 2nd is the donor I pulled in from Death Valley (rust free) the two bottom pics are the end result.

fitz, this is so awesome, if you took more pics while you were doing this project, could you please create a separate build thread on it? I would love to see your creativity at work!

Thanks for the compliment, I did take a bunch of pics but it's a lot of work to do a thread write up, I did the one on power windows and locks install and it took hours to do, I do get carried away with my creativity at times(which is really just making work for myself), on this project the power windows/locks the Volvo manual moonroof and the fold away lumber rack in the bed wall are my favorite.
